The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has finally completed its internal investigation into the scuffle between OHP Trooper Daniel Martin and Creek Nation Paramedic Maurice White.

Video of the Mother’s Day scuffle shot from the cell phone of a patient’s family member garnered international attention.

The dashboard video from the Trooper’s car was originally being withheld by the OHP, but public outcry persuaded them to finally release it.

Rogue Medic’s review of the press conference held by Trooper Daniel Martin’s attorney reveals that Tunnel Visionitis is in fact contagious. He also did a detailed in depth investigation into the backgrounds of Trooper Daniel Martin and Paramedic Maurice White.

The final internal report is currently being reviewed by OHP Chief Colonel Van M. Guillotte while Trooper Daniel Martin remains on paid administrative leave a whopping forty-five days after the incident.

According to the results of two online petitions, public opinion is firmly in the corner of Paramedic Maurice White and they think that Col. Guillotte should send Trooper Daniel Martin to the guillotine.
