• Dave Statter has continued following the Oklahoma Trooper assaulting a Paramedic story. He has both video from Fox interviewing the paramedic as well as the news that OHP finally put the Trooper on administrative leave.
• KevinMD has an interesting post on an ER willing to take money to reach the front of the triage line. I would love to know where the person who put THAT idea into effect took their medical ethics class.
• Rogue Medic authored a post at Paramedicine 101 entitled Why Can’t Medics Intubate? The article is a very interesting read and a great compliment to what I consider an otherwise dry study.

And finally…

• Greg Friese and Jim Hoffman have announced a new web based EMS educational initiative called EMS Boot Camp. Their first session, on how to take EMS Exams, is scheduled for July 15.
